KEY MESSAGES FROM THE 4TH AFRICA WATER WEEK

High Level Panel DiscussionThe 4th Africa Water Week, the biggest platform for raising awareness about water and sanitation issues in Africa, was convened by AMCOW in Cairo 14-18th May, 2012 under the theme of ‘Water for Growth in Africa’. The event has attracted over 1000 participants from Africa and beyond, including 33 Ministers and Ministers representatives responsible for water affairs in Africa; development partners; civil society; the youth; the research and academia; and the media.
